1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, content, and promotional links provided on shreewinclub.online and the associated Shree Win gaming platform, you enter into a binding contractual agreement governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must cease using this platform immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use Shree Win services. You warrant that you are not accessing our services from prohibited states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim) or any jurisdiction where online real-money games are unlawful.

3. Account Registration & Mobile Verification

Each user is strictly limited to one active account per person, mobile number, IP address, and banking instrument. Multiple account creation, syndication, or the use of disposable VOIP numbers to exploit VIP bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent banning and forfeiture of accumulated balances.

4. Fair Play, Anti-Bot & Anti-Cheat Policies

Shree Win employs automated monitoring algorithms to detect illicit behaviors, including:

Use of automated scripts, betting bots, or predictor tools claiming guaranteed outcomes.
Collusion or group play to exploit game return mechanisms.
System glitch exploitation or reverse engineering of application code.

Any account flagged for fraudulent activities will be suspended pending formal review.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & UPI Processing

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using legitimate Indian payment channels (UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, IMPS Bank Transfer) registered under the account holder's verified legal identity. Third-party deposits or proxy payouts are strictly rejected. While standard withdrawal processing takes between 5 to 15 minutes, banking maintenance or network delays may occasionally occur beyond the platform's control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, brand logos, graphic assets, animations, and software code related to Shree Win are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly forbidden.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior written notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes binding acceptance of the modified terms.
